I bought something called "ocean catfish" today from a fishmonger on the street. (I'm in Boston). The guy said it was a deep-water fish that feeds mostly on crab and lobster, and it's mostly sold to hotels and high-end restaurants at $22/lb.
I've never heard of it before, any ideas on what to do with it? No breading, though, I'm supporting my dad in his attempt to stop eating breads/flour for health reasons.
