I baked an oatmeal pumpkin Bundt cake that I found online yesterday. It tastes great, but came out much too dry. I need ideas for reviving it for hubby and me. A trifle is too big and messy for two. I am thinking of pouring a simple syrup over it, but what proportion sugar to water?
Can I make it into another dessert that will last a few days without turning into mush?
