NYC hounds in Las Vegas for Thanksgiving ---please help with some specific questions

Will be in LV for four nights including Thanksgiving, have been there several times. Generally try not to hit the places we have in NYC, and are planning on eating on the strip, will be easier for us (staying at The Wynn). Sage has not posted a Thanksgiving menu yet but we were thinking of that type of place for Thanksgiving dinner --- anywhere else to think about? Looked at Alize but I thought it looked kind of stuffy. Next, how about some seafood recs? Have been to Michael Mina Seablue and liked it a lot. What about Joe's Stone Crab (a favorite of ours in Miami), or Rick Moonen's place, or American Fish?
Restaurants at Caesar's Palace --- likely going to a show there on Sat night. At at Bradley Ogden and found it disappointing, what else is there that you like?
You all seem to love Raku, is it worth our driving?
Finally, what about BOA steakhouse, one of our go to places in LA, how is the LV version?
