Lots of meats and veggies. An overstuffed version. Make 4-5 styles including fish (Sardines). Very meaty and creamy, great pate. The owner insists on the best fresh local meats. You can get both hot sauce and jalapeno’s on them to brighten them up.

Lots of meats and veggies. Make 4-5 styles including chicken and meatball. They have four different sauces that they use plus all the meats and pate are supposedly imported frozen from France. Absolutely outstanding.
