Please help me correct this recipe for nutty biscotti.

Ingredients.
1-1/2 c of sugar
1/2 pound margarine or butter
3 c unbleached flour
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
2 txp baking powder
2 c milk
1/2 c walnuts
1/2 c crushed almionds(optional)
1 c chocolate morsels (semisweet or milk chocolate)

1.Cream the sugar and margarine.Put flour in large bowl. Should I Add the eggs, vanilla, cinnamon,baking soda and baking powder to the flour ?? Mix well.
2.Add the milk, then mix in the nuts(coated with a little flour) and chocolate morsels.Stir will until you form a firm dough. if the dough is soft add more flour.
3. Form. 3 loaves on ungreased cookie sheet.Keep the loaves well spaced to allow the dough to spread
4. Bake in preheated 350 oven for 20 minutes until dark brown in color. Test with toothpick for doneness. Cook on rack.Cut in slices for biscotti., Store in covered container for up to two weeks.
