Fellow chowhound from Boston heading to Nova Scotia next week.
We are basically riding bikes from village to village, here is our itinerary:
Tues/Wed Hubbards, staying at Anchorage House
Thur/Fri Lunenberg, staying at Kaulbach House
Sat/Sun White Point, staying at White Point Beach Lodge
I am totally unfamiliar with this neck of the woods and am looking for any/all recommendations. Anything from a roadside shack to a more special night out to a great ethnic spot; I'm up for it all. Ideally looking for places that really highlight the local flavor; places I shouldn't/can't miss!
Any advice/ideas/recs you want to give me non-food related greatly appreciated as well. Haven't had a chance to do a whole lot of planning so I'm open to all possibilities.
Glad to give a little more detail if I need to, but I figured I'd start with this.
Thanks in advance!
