Based on my (admittedly limited) experience, I'm gonna nominate Eastern Noodle and their spicy noodles with ground pork (not actually spicy, but delicious anyway, and there's chili oil on the table). Bonus points for their little steamed pork dumplings - called juicy purses, I think? Second place goes to Lan Zhou at 144 E Broadway, and 3rd to Sheng Wang. (Heresy, I know, but I found the soup at Super Taste kinda bland.) What do you think? Where an I missing that's even better? I'm moving out of the city for grad school next Wednesday - what do I absolutely have to try before I leave?
