I was looking forward to making the clementine cake for aAssover, since it is flourless. However, it does contain baking powder, which contains cornstarch, which is a no-no during Passover.(Not really keen on looking for baking powder without cornstarch, which I understand is made for Passover)
So, can I make the cake without the baking powder? Will it really affect the cake?
Also, I know some have made the cake with meyer lemons. Do you think regular lemons would work?
