nice fish at Qingdao Garden and outing suggestion

I stopped off at Qingdao Garden (on Mass Ave in N Cambridge) last night and had the crisy butter fish. It was wonderful, very fresh and delicate. The outside was lightly battered - it tasted as though the batter had a touch of ginger - and then fried up. It came to my table still sizzling.

The flesh was soft and tender, the skin crispy and achingly good. Five little fishies for about $7 (I don't remember offhand how much).

I had been there once before and had one of their dumpling dishes (I don't remember which one, but it was very good.

I would love to try more of their dishes, so would like to suggest a hound outing to Qingdao Garden on Monday March 15 at 6:30 pm. I think maybe ten people max. Once I have a confirmed list I will call and let them know we're coming.

Please send me email (above, just despam) if you are interested.
