Nicaraguan cooking in Miami

At the Alpha Hound's suggestion, I'm posting this message which responds to his request in his Slate.com columns last week for where to find Nicaraguan food. I went to an excellent Nicaraguan restaurant -- just a little neighborhood cafe -- in Miami's "Little Managua" about ten years ago. I thought it was similar to Cuban food, and I wonder if there's not a Caribbean Hispanic tradition that covers Cuba, Nicaragua, and other places. The Nicaraguan restaurant had good roast pork, with rice and beans and fried plantains, and I especially remember the excellent espresso.
