I've narrowed down my Brunch choices - now I need your help!

I had posted about a month ago that I was taking my parents out to Sunday brunch for their anniversary and I needed some suggestions. After perusing your board, I have narrowed down the field, but now it is a case of too much info! So, I am relying on your expertise. Since money is not a factor, the things I am looking for in the restaurant are:
1) fabulous food
2) great atmosphere
3) Slightly dressy (I don't want this to be one of those places where they seat you with others and you have to fight for your food)
4) Not too far from The Lion King theater (Broadway and 42nd)

The choices I have narrowed it down to are:
1) Peacock Ally in the Waldorf
2) Park Avenue Cafe
3) Norma's
4) Brasserie (53rd between Lexington and Park)

Of those choices, which would be most appropriate for this occasion?

Thank you Chowhounds. I appreciate your expertise here!
