Spent Saturday afternoon at another of A(muse)'s cooking classes. Pickles this time around.
Such a great place. Chef Hari Cameron is really a brilliant guy and always interesting. Compared to some classes I've attended that were more cooking demos than classes, I've really come away from the A(muse) classes with some new ideas.
So far being up for a James Beard Rising Star Chef award hasn't gone to Hari's head. When asked what he had planned next, he replied, "probably washing some dishes."
