Just moved to East 60th Any Recommendations?

Hello Chowhounders!

I just moved to NYC on East 60th and am looking for some recommendations in my new neighborhood. Specifically, I'm looking for the following:

A place that pours good pints and has a good selection of gastropub fare

A place to go when you don't feel like cooking, but isn't going to break the bank

I'm really just looking for a good burrito, no frills

Somewhere casual that does the standard dishes well

For a good, laid-back, non-pizza meal

For breakfast/brunch on weekends, dinner in a pinch, or late night indulgence

Good loaves, and dolce selections?

Good place for produce
Not a fan of Food Emporium or Gristedes. Is there hope?

After trying a few Asian Ethnic spots in the area, have been woefully disappointed, but if anyone knows of good Thai, Vietnamese, Korean, Chinese, or Japanese places, would be eternally grateful! Otherwise, I'm already mostly resigned to the fact that I need to go downtown or to the burroughs.

As for pricing, if I could have a meal (sans booze) for roughly $50 for two, it'd be ideal. I realize though, for superior quality that I'd need to pay more. For now, I'm just looking for casual, reliable neighborhood go-to options.

Thanks in advance and looking forward to your guidance!
