Okay, I am not talking about supplements or any type of pill or such, but I was looking for your opinion of foods that just make you smile or feel good when you eat them. My secret weapon is Emily's tabouli with some fresh pita. I don't know if it is the lemon or the cinnamon or all the herbs, but it certainly puts my mind at ease.
