Mission Cheese opened Wed 4/13/11 - any reports from the hounds?
They have mac & cheese, sandwiches, and hopefully soon 45 cheeses, tastings, classes, etc.
Sarah Dvorak, owner, favorite cheeses from Q&A blog post: "Kunik. It’s from New York and is a triple cream made from goat’s and cow’s milk. Another one is the Dunbarton Blue from Wisconsin, a cow’s-milk cheddar with a touch of blue."
