I used to have a recipe for chocolate covered chocolate orange creams. I know what goes in it, as well as the directions, but I can't remember the amounts. They were rolled out, cut into half circles, chilled, and dipped. I'd love to make them again, but the page has been lost.
It called for:
melted sweet dark chocolate
chocolate for dipping
Does anyone know a recipe like that? The amounts were by weight (grams and ounces, IIRC)
Any help would be much appreciated!
