Friends from across the country who cook like gourmet chefs came visiting and made a feast for us. Most of the courses I wouldn't even attempt, but they did make a mint-infused white chocolate sauce (?) that was poured into saucers, then studded with strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and blackberries. I'd tackle that one --- does anyone know how it's done? The sauce was a lovely pale green color. (No one goes into the kitchen while they cook, so I didn't see it in prep.)
Also --- they left a big batch of cooked black rice for us. Any interesting ideas on what to do with it?
