Based on recommendations from this board, I went to Milo's Pita a few weeks ago and had a great chicken kebob sandwich. I convinced my co-workers to go back with me today.
One of my co-workers ordered the same chicken kebob sandwich, and when it came time to assemble, she said that she didn't want any of the garlic sauce, as she really doesn't like garlic.
Unfortunately, this was the wrong thing to say. Not only did the guy preparing the sandwiches (who I assume is Milo) repeatedly ask her whether she wanted the garlic sauce or not, but every time she declined, he launched into a complete tirade.
When we sat down, and she was relaying this story to another co-worker, the people at the table next to us overheard and said that he continued to go on after she had left, complaining, ranting and raving.
Needless to say, while she said her sandwich tasted good, none of us will ever be returning.
Who does this guy think he is? The Soup Nazi?? Sorry but given the lack of people in the food court at 12:30 pm, they should be doing all they can to attract customers and not to antagonize them! They can now count at least 4 people who won't be going back to eat there.
