I bought some millet from the bulk bin and it's been sitting in the cabinet. I want to cook it tonight and save the leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Google told me to basically cook it like quinoa- 1 cup millet to 2 cups water, cook till tender. Is this the right way to cook it? What can I add to the cooked grain? I have cauliflower, broccoli, cilantro, parsely, carrots, and roasted tomatoes in the fridge, onions in the pantry, and turnips and peas in the freezer.
Any ideas would be appreciated!
