Best After Midnight Food in Miami (non-South Beach and non-chain restaurant)

Okay, for those of us who are up to all hours...and don't want to head out to a Denny's when the need to eat sets in, let's compile a list of some of the best up-late food.

I'll start with:

Tobacco Road (their Thursday Night after midnight $9.99 t-bone steak with salad and potato deal can't be beat).

Al Carbon (open until 6 a.m.!) at 2280 Coral Way -- yum to the half-rack of ribs with salad for about $10.. or the grilled shrimp.

Yambo (open 24 hours on the weekends) at SW 17th Avenue and SW 1st Street. This place is not quite as much about the food -- but the adventure of it in this looks-like-it-was-just-airlifted-in-from-Nicaragua roadside attraction. There is an inside, table service restaurant.. and an outside patio with a group of "take out" food departments to choose from : drinks at one window (try the cacao con leche), cooked foods, baked goods, and even seafood each at their own window.
