I have seen Michael Chiarello's show a few times and usually like what I see. I have made one recipe of his (panna cotta) and it came out great.
I was looking at his "At Home with Michael Chiarello" cookbook the other night and was thinking of purchasing it.
What are your thoughts regarding this book (or any of Michael's other cookbooks)? Worth the money?
Thanks in advance for your comments...
