Miami 'Hound in PDX for 1 Night - where do I eat?

Blind Mind | Apr 15, 2010 10:14 AM

Yo! Headed to PDX on biz. I'm technically there 2 nights but I get in at 9p next Tuesday night and am staying by the airport. By the time I get to my hotel after baggage, etc, it'll probably be around 10p... Any good eats to check out by the airport that serve late?

Wednesday night I will have plenty of time to get my grub on. I had the privilege of sampling the foie bon bons from Beast at the South Beach Wine & Food Festival "Best of the Best" event and chatted with Chef Pomeroy for a minute, so that is high on the list of places to check out. Not sure if I'll be solo or w/ my sales rep and not sure if he is into the tasting menu thing, so I'm trying to find alternatives. Le Pigeon also looks interesting and I like how the menu reads this week. Anywhere else I should consider? No Asian please as I'm heading to Seattle from PDX and I will get my fair share there. Also, no Latin - I'm from Miami and get more than enough of that. I eat ANYTHING and EVERYTHING.

Thanks in advance for your help and please hit me up if you ever need Miami recommendations!
