First time I visited SHO Shaun Hergatt was in 2009, when it just opened.
Then I had lunch few months ago, and tonight was my third visit.
If I compare dinners only, first of all SHO does not offer the three course menu any longer.
Only five course is available, and in many cases there are supplements (for most dishes it's $10 additional).
The biggest change I noticed compared to two years ago was in amuse bouches and petit fours.
You can compare them with the following 'before & after' photos.
Photo1: amuse bouches in 2009
Photo2: amuse bouches in 2011
Photo3: petit fours in 2009 (iced coffee was extra order, btw)

The dinner, by the way, was satisfying... good food and superb service.
I just wasn't as overwhelmed as I was two years ago...
