Megu opens later this week. I was invited to a pre-opening dinner last night.
The decor is fantastic. It is both different and very classy.
The menu is huge and varied with many new things on it.
We tasted a large variety of offerings from the menu and they were all very very good, some exceptionally good. He had both cooked food and sushi, but the emphasis last night was on the cooked preparations. Too many to go into right now, but I am always happy to experience new things and last night there were a few. The quality of the ingredients was first class and was apparent in the taste and feel of the food.
Give it a try, you won't be dissappointed. Try the things that you never had before. Don't play it safe.
Oh, and try an Autumn Hill.
