Looking for meeting place (30+ folks) w/ great snacks/ cocktails

I run a modest little industry users' group (a bunch of commercial artists) and I'm looking to change our meeting venue. We have 300 members, with between 25-55 showing up for each bi-monthly meeting. In the past, we've had our gatherings in theatres, corporate boardrooms and the likes, but I'm looking to make it more 'social'.

So, I'm looking for a space that would...

-comfortably seat upwards of 55 (or as few as 25)
-centrally located (bounded by, say, Roncesvalles/ St. Clair/ Don Valley)
-close to TTC (subway preferred, but streetcar is OK too)
-some semblance of affordable parking (that is, not in the core with $20 parking fees... I'd prefer street parking)
-Private or semi-private (we'll be having people speak and project work (with audio) using a video projector (which we supply))
-nice selection of snack-y type foods (we'd be ordering a few platters through the organization, and members would be free to order supper and the likes)
-good beer/ wine list (the group has a strong social element to it... we're artists and consume quite a lot :)
-Access to power: we'll be setting up several computers and video projectors and the likes
-I'd prefer no "booking fee"... the place should be happy to have our food/ drink business
-meetings would be from 7-10 pm

I guess I imagine a pub or some such place with a nice little 'meeting' zone, seperate from the hoi polloi. I'd like it to be an inspiring place- we're artists after all. In the past when I've looked for such a place, I was generally met by folks that wanted guaranteed numbers (it varies meeting to meeting) or a deposit or a booking fee or a guaranteed quantity of purchases. Some of the conditions are too onerous to guarantee, and we have a very modest budget.

If anybody knows of such a place, please post it here or contact me directly at...
