I just rolled in from lunch, got a sammich from Rick's. Along with hammering on him about getting the Panini Grill set up, I asked what was on schedule for this Thursday smoking session.
Yahoo !!! He's doing at least 6, maybe 8 briskets! But wait, there's more. Not only is he loading up on briskets, but he's loaded up on fruit wood. Oh yeah, this will lend us a little milder smoky flavor with some sweet warmness.
Last week he did 3 briskets and they were sold within 15 minutes, no kidding. Gone, all gone.
If you've been wanting to try some of this areas best smoky treats, now is the time to step up. And especially so with the new wood action.
Suggestion: Call and reserve yourself a hunk for Thursday. Remember, just because you reserve doesn't mean you can show up a day later and expect it to be there. Reserve and show up on time, or lose.
