Mastering The Art Of French Cooking Volume 2

I just borrowed this book from the library for the recipe for Julia's Lemon Tart with Almonds (having given my copy of the book away years ago unfortunately). I remember it as being very delicious.

The index refers to pages 645-6 but the recipes stop at Page 510 and the remaining pages which are in numerical sequence include miscellaneous information.

No pages were removed from the book - they just are not there.

I am perplexed - does anyone know if there was a printing error with an issue of latterly published Mastering The Art --- Vol 2?
