I printed out the recipe for this salsa (listed below on June 3) a few weeks ago and made it last night. Thank goodness I made a double batch because it was excellent. This will be a mainstay in my kitchen from now on. Thank you Mark for the wonderful (and so easy) recipe.
By the way, I don't recommend making a double batch like I did unless you are feeding a crowd or regularly eat A LOT of salsa. It made enough salsa to last us a month. I just got carried away because the recipe sounded so good.
