Markets in/near Lexington? Meat, fish, bread, produce, wine...

We're moving to Lexington next week. I see that there are 2 Whole Foods very close to our new house, one in Bedford, the other in Woburn. Which is better? Also looking for a good local butcher, fish market, wine shop and bakery. I stop at Wilson Farms on my commute, but would prefer organic produce, or at least an organic CSA in summer. And cheese? Where do I get that? I'm used to Wasik's in Wellesley, which will be a tough act to follow. Do I need to drive to the Cheese Shop in Concord or is there something a bit closer?

And for your "politically incorrect" groceries (paper towels, tp, cleaning products that actually work, Pepperidge Farm Flavor-Blasted Goldfish), where do you go?
