Slightly contrarian opinion:
I have both Classic Italian books and "Cucina" and "Says"...but I find myself reaching for Marcella's Italian Kitchen much more often than any of the others.
There are recipes in it I have made countless times - Savoy cabbage rolls with ground beef and prosciutto, veal scallopine with hazelnuts, pork scallopine with onions, balsamic vinegar and raisins, etc - every time I open it I see more things to try.
Do not recall seeing the book mentioned here - and think that it would be a worthwhile addition to any collection.
Came out in 1986, still available as hardcover and paperback.
