I was very unimpressed with the maki at Oga's today. I think they used too much vinegar in the rice (it was too sticky/starchy) and the nori was different than [what I have come to expect] it should be.
With that said, though, I love Oga's for their "special" fish, flown in from Japan.
Today I had bonito sashini and Buni (a type of hamachi) sashimi. Both were delicious.
I love the atmosphere there, the sashimi, the miso soup. I hope this maki experience was just a one-day thing.
