Luscious Dumplings - SGV

I forgot who posted this place last month but last nite I tried it out. Its in the same plaza as Vietnam House (corner or Mission and Las Tunas)

They had probably 10 tables and all they have on their menu were dumplings and noodles (and also some small eats). Anyway, we ordered the combo ($5.00) which came with a bowl of noodles (i ordered the shredded pork with pickles) and five dumplings.

I'll tell ya, for $5, it was filling. The noodle was very tasty and the dumplings (you could get pan fried) were good. The dough (as far as I could tell was fresh) and filling was juicy.

Thanks for the original poster (sorry, I haven't figured how to search on this board, can someone educate me?) so I'm unable to give you specific credit. But I'll back up his initial post, this place is well worth it. Another great place in SGV. I went to Cafe Pinot and spent a good fortune there. But I have to say, I definitely enjoyed this place better than Cafe Pinot (I must have cheap eats in my blood).

Anyway, highly recommend this place. Again, in the strip mall diagnal to Golden Deli (southeast corner of Mission/Las Tunas).

PS. there's this Shanghai/Malaysian rest. that just opened in the same plaza and it was packed. Has anyone been there?
