Went here Saturday night for the first time and will be looking forward to future visits. In restaurant-deprived PG county this is a great casual dining spot.
There's a nice atmosphere with widely spaced tables, tablecloths(!) and a choice of wine by the carafe and half-carafe that' s pretty cheap. The chianti we had was quite drinkable. Service was also very attentive and knew how to treat the child we were with.
The menu has lots of options. We split an order of calamari and stuffed mushrooms. I loved the flank steak salad with gorgonzola, our friends loved their veal and stuffed shrimp. My husband's pasta with sausage was ordinary but fine. Zabaglione, tartufo and tiramisu were the desserts we ordered and everyone was happy, though I would have preferred more coffee in the tiramisu. On the whole, I much preferred Lupo's to Franklin's, the place we usually eat in this area.
If you go get directions for their parking lot which is a bit away from the restaurant.
