I made dressing for my potato salad last weekend and made WAY too much.
All of the components would last on their own for an extended period of time. My question is, is the shelf-life (refrigerator-life) somehow shortened because they are now mixed together?
The ingredients are mayo, mustard, vinegar, pickles, sweet relish, sugar, salt, and pepper. I'd hate to throw it out unnecessarily, but I also don't want to take any chances.
