It's local Swordfish Season!

The last two weeks of July is about the peak of Swordfish season along the SoCal coast. I am told that John’s fish market (in Dana Point Harbor) usually has their own supply from their own swordfish boat. Forget frozen - fresh local caught grilled swordfish is the delight of summer!

Pack fresh Swordfish in bay leaves, and then simply grill while basting it in olive oil and fresh squeezed lemon juice.
