"Life, on the Line" by Achatz

Just finished this book by Grant Achatz (& his business partner) and I really enjoyed it. I have been following his career for a number of years, and especially since the cancer diagnosis. I used to be a speech pathologist, so I was really interested in the speech & swallowing aspects of the diagnosis and treatment, as well as taste. Most of the book was about his life & career as a chef, and the development of Alinea. I enjoyed the appearances of other familiar names (like Keller, of course, but also Blais). Personally I would have liked a bit more about the way he regained his sense of taste - I heard part of an interview on NPR about that & it was really interesting. I thought the book was a good read for anyone interested in food & restaurants. Anyone else read it?
