Leftover Meatloaf

Any suggestions? Nothing too crazy, but just to make it re-appetizing. I didn't use ketchup, but A-1 instead so it's got more of a smoky flavor than the usual ketchup flavor to it.

I also have a small (pint size Chinese soup takeout container) amount of potatoes leftover as well, but the meatloaf greatly outweighs the potatoes.

I'm looking for super-duper easy.
