I had a problem with some rusting on the uncoated part of my Dutch oven lid. I posted and got some responces and yeah, I know it's not a big deal but I decided to call customer service about it nonetheless. They were very nice and helpful, so I sent it in. I only sent in the bottom even though my problem was with the lid. I was told it cuts down on shipping. On the phone they were able to tell me if they had my exact product match. It took a little less than 3 weeks and I have a new Dutch oven. Hope this helps anyone with a similar problem.
