More than Le Bec-Fin and Genos

I am headed to Philly via train and need some help finding delicious dining. All I have ever had is Le Bec-Fin and Geno's. I need a place for a late dinner on a Monday and Tuesday as well as somewhere to have a good lunch on a Monday and Wednesday. Price does not matter; I am looking for not to be missed cuisine. I am, however, staying downtown at the Marriott and will not have a car so walking, easy cab or public transportation is a limiting factor. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. We like all kinds of food and so are open to anything. Great Italian is a plus and hubby has his heart set on at least one cheesesteak. Thanks!
