A few times a year i make veal glace, usally with 20-30 pounds of bones. I have an old Revereware stock pot that is about 22 quarts. I am looking for higher quality and have looked at the Bourgeat stainless line (Performance). I have not seen it in person, just online. We have a number of bourgeat saucepans, and we love them, but I am open to any recos for high quality brands that make a 22-26 quart pot.
