A Lebanese chef has opened a real gem of a place in North York.
Service, food freshness, and taste have always been excellent on my multiple visits here.
Ambience is dining hall, but nice. A large space which they rent out to various groups, so call ahead if you are planning to drop by to make sure the restaurant is still open to the public. They also have some public events (New Year's, etc.).
The menu has a Middle East focus, but there are some Westernized dishes for the less adventurous. Open for lunch and dinner, closed Mondays.
Favourites include the falafel sandwich, the beef kebab platter, and the kefteh platter. Seriously a great place to eat if you're around the neighbourhood. Probably not a destination spot, except they advertise some foods only on the weekends, which is really tempting to me.
