just to remind myself everyone else...
decided to be adventurous and try an old school joint in ortland. Boone's on one of the piers off of the end of commercial street, next to the porthole.
it was like finding an old so -called red sauce joint in the wilds of new jersey or staten island.
fish and chips (halibut? haddock? i dont remember) were god awful. the lobster was allright but kinda tough, and chewy. his "Teeth" on the claws were ground down--heheh this musta been an old one.
service was awful
prices not too bad. but why bother!! still it was an experience.
good thing i had gingerbread and coffee 2 hours earlier.
