Lamb Shoulder

Every week I come across a great recipe for roast or braised lamb. They always recommend using a lamb shoulder, I guess because it has more marbling than the leg.

Well just try to find one. I regularly shop several markets a week, and have done so for years. I don't ever recall seeing a lamb shoulder in the case.

Does anyone know a store that carries shoulders? Do I have to go to a Halal butcher or something?
