1st visit - there were 4 adults and a 5 year old. The restaurant was very warm when we arrived, but cooled off a short time afterwards.
Appetizers: We shared the foie gras (excellent), soft-shelled crab (decent), and cheese plate (I loved one of the cheeses - it also was a success).
Main courses: 2 of us ordered the pork chop. It was great. 1 ravioli order (didn't try it, it had spinich - the eater liked, but didn't love it), and one duck breast - it looked great, and she made all gone. The little lady had a pizza which looked good - the waiter immediately offered a couple of "kid's options" when he came to the table. They also brought her sparkling apple juice in a champagne glass, which was cute.
Desserts: 3 of us got tiramisu - very good, but not exceptional. 1 got the german chocolate crepes. Good, but I wouldn't order again.
Service - decent, and well-paced. We were there the better part of 2 hours, maybe a bit more.
Overall, a solid place for a good meal in my neighborhood - none of us would have any hesitation to return. However, I'd probably get a nice cake and make coffee at home for dessert.
