La Fuente carnitas

From what I've tasted, carnitas seem to fall into 1 of 3 categories:

1. shredded, fried, desiccated like a pork mummy
2. fork-tender, but no crust
3. tender, with a crust like a fine breakfast hash

La Fuente definitely falls into category 3, my favorite. Thanks to everyone who recommended it.
