It is as light as whipped cream and as satisfying as a triple cream. It has a smooth tang. It is the only yogurt I've ever eaten plain and actually enjoyed. I'm sadly staring at the now empty little earthenware crock it comes in wishing for more.
Occasionally I've read that it is sold at one of those "Made in France" warehouse sales but is snapped up early.
Here's justification ... this site "Why travel to France?" writes about this yogurt as a reason to travel to France. Just think of the price you are saving on a trip there ... $4.50 is a positive. steal.
It was sheer sophistication, elegance and wonderfulness.
While this company has flavored yogurts I think Cheeseboard only sells plain ... IMO, it doesn't need a thing
