K&S - Top of the Hill Jamaican in Stamford

Saw this place driving by a few months ago and finally tried it a week or two ago. Its on Broad St., next to Dominos Pizza, just down from the Hospital.

I tried the jerk chicken and beef patties. First, the high point... the jerk was very spicy - quite a bit spicier than the other jerk I've had in the area. Very good. Unfortunately, I got there later in the day and the chicken was dried out. However, I'd like to go back earlier and see if the cause was when I went by. If the chicken would have been moist, it would have been great.

Their menu is typical... goat curry, jerk chicken/pork, etc.

As for the beef patty... I didn't like it at all. Definitely had better. I think for jamaican, I would go back to the west caribbean bakery near the Midas dealership on Main. I love their jerk chicken, goat curry and jerk pork. However, it is worth going back to K&S to try the other things on their menu.
