A friend gave me a really large jar of this unusual product. It looks and smells just like a good marmalade. The directions say to take 3-4 teaspoons full and mix into 80 cc of hot or cold water and stir. I tried it and it's not bad, iced. The citron peel has a decidedly grapefruit-like bitterness and it settles to the bottom of the glass. I'm often the lucky recipient of interesting foodstuff. "Give it to Pat; she'll eat anything." So now I wonder if there's anything else I can do with it. Any ideas?
