I'm taking a group of 10 (family from out of town), tonight. My favorite place is Sa Rit Gol, but they are small, and gas, not charcoal. I had a Korean BBQ lunch last week in Orange County, cooked over charcoal, and what a difference!
I definitely don't want to take them to Soot Bull Jeep. I see a recommendation on the boards for Suhrubal, and in the Koreatown issue of the Weekly, Gold said Tahoe Galbi is good and also has live coals. (Used to be Wilshire BBQ).
Anyone know which is better? I'm looking for the best quality meats first and foremost. My back-up plan is Sa Rit Gol. Thanks
