Kogami in Tustin

I finally went to Kogami in Tustin for lunch today. I was really impressed. We started with an amuse of marinated matchstick cucumbers, carrots and jicama(?). Then we ordered the halibut lunch special. We started with a cup of wonderful butternut squash soup. The entree was halibut, an eggroll, a sushi roll, some of the best fried rice I have ever eaten and a huge salad. I think this was the most expensive item on the lunch menu - $8.95, a real bargain. Both my friend and I brought almost half of the lunch home. Everything was excellent the place is fairly small with clean Asian lines. The staff was very helpful and attentive. They serve beer and wine. I will definitely go back soon. (It is in the center with the dinner theater on El Camino).
